If Arcanine!Fakir says something in Pokéspeak and there is no translation, it is probably a name for someone.

"Kaninearc" = Ahiru (Strictly his Ahiru, the Ampharos)
"Kayninearc" = Ahiru (any of those in the DR that he meets that aren't his Ahiru)
"Ninekay" =Mytho
"Niine" = Rue
"Arcnie" =Fakir (he's telling others his own name)
"Arkayninekay"= Drosselmeyer
